What we learned was to how to attractively package our services and find unique ways to get (and stay) on our prospects radar.

We now know to tailor our messages according to the issues and interests of our targeted audience, which will result in more customers and more business.

Our next goal is to implement our three to four major marketing tools at least a year in advance and stay consistent in everything we do. Of course, the value we really got was more than we could ever write in a one-page letter!
