Systems help you implement the right thing first and in the right order. It helps to understand what the next step should be and build on each one for the right foundation.

 

When developing a system, you should always ask:

  • What am I doing?

  • Where am I going?

  • And, how do I get there?

Below I've listed the systems I've used in my own business and in my client's businesses. I learned these processes from my many years in corporate life and they were used by all size businesses. These are
the building blocks that work for any type of business and they create amazing results in establishing you as the expert and your business as the leader in your field.

How each program works:

My 10-Month Online Webinar Program includes 2 monthly webinars (for 10-months) that are limited to a small group of participants. This program is perfect for those great at following directions on their own and can work in an online setting. This is a
“do-it-yourself”
program that is shared with a select number of participants. Please note: You must be approved prior to acceptance. Once your application is submitted, and if approved, you will be provided with details on the next group available. If  interested, call or email for more details and an application.

My complete One-on-One Private Program includes one-on-one private coaching & consulting each month (divided into 2 sessions that are 1 1/2 hours each), plus “The Diva” partners with you through each step walking you through the process while keeping a constant watch for opportunities that apply specifically to your situation. This program is very personalized and typically takes between 12 to 18 months to complete (depending on how quickly you want to see results). Your projects are completely customized by what you would like to see happen and when.
~ This is a One-on-One program and can be started anytime.


10 Key Areas to Building an Extraordinary Business!

STEP 1. Getting in Line With Your Purpose
~ What is it that you really want to do? And, what is it that brings you joy? We work together to determine what is perfect for you. Some clients would prefer to work part-time, but make full-time money. Some clients tend to be work-a-holics and are frustrated with not getting everything done within the hours they run their business. This is an area that needs to align with your vision for your business. The number one thing we accomplish together in determining your purpose is what fits your needs and desires. Keeping your health, passions, and life commitments in balance is very important to your success. We start with building (or updating) your vision and mission statements and then apply this to every platform developed for you and your business.

STEP 2. Discovering Your Uniqueness
~ In order to communicate clearly to others exactly what it is that you do and why you are "one of a kind", you have to use the right language to attract the right audience. This area is probably one of the hardest areas most business owners
struggle with and find choosing the right “hot” button is very difficult to pinpoint. We develop several tag lines, introductions, materials, and statements that are tested on various markets. Then we analyze together and determine the best statement package for your business. After determining your uniqueness, we set in motion ways to tell the world what makes you different from everyone else.

STEP 3. Dealing With Those You Adore
~ Determining the right audience for your business is very crucial in developing your materials and keeping your budget in line for your marketing. If you’re selling to the wrong audience, your time spent doing so will be useless. In order to streamline your processes, you must first identify your perfect audience and then develop your marketing materials and efforts to reach them. Instead of spending time and money with those that won’t use your services, you’ll be focusing on those that are already searching for you!

STEP 4. Choosing the Right Words
~ Once we have developed your vision, mission, and purpose statements, defined your uniqueness, and found your perfect audience, the next step is to develop your offer in a compelling way that potential clients are calling you instead of you chasing them. Using the right message can mean the difference of having your marketing materials end up in the trash or saved in their “want to know more” file. Writing your message to identify what they want instead of what you want to sale, is easily the best way to get your phone ringing.

STEP 5. Effortless Ways to Make More Money
~ This step helps you identify other profit centers you may not even know exist. We work together examining ways to add profit without adding more efforts. There are often other products and services that tie in with what you already offer and your client would be willing to purchase. Some of these don’t even require extra money, but are service packages often overlooked in your industry. Why not utilize these to your advantage?

STEP 6. Clearly Communicate Your Message
~ Instead of "selling" your products and services to your audience, wouldn't it be better if they searched you out instead? This is where we find just the right wording to attract your clients in everything you do. What is their "hot" buttons that make them want to buy immediately? We set up key systems for your website, marketing materials, testimonials, referrals, presentations, and everything in between.


STEP 7. Stand Out From the Crowd
~ Yes, I know… this is starting to get really exciting, huh? Now we start compiling what we have worked on together into more systems and get down to the real purpose of it all. This system will start announcing to all that you are the “one” to deal with. We start developing joint ventures that are perfect for your business and set up ways to “shout” the news in a very subtle way. We will explore together how you can stand out from the crowd and do things in your industry that none of your competitors have even thought of doing. You will become known as the expert in your field. Best of all, we will set up ways that are almost effortless on your part - but, bring you huge recognition (and, in turn, huge profits).

STEP 8. Determine Your Future Path
~ Now the real fun begins! At this point we have tested and measured everything and developed your annual marketing map (or plan) along with your marketing budgets & projections. This one key area is where most businesses fail to plan each year. Then when trying to accomplish something really big, they go into panic mode and rush through all the important steps. This reaction often costs them time and money, and the results never have the impact they intended. Better to be well prepared and thought of as the expert to all - don’t you agree?

STEP 9. Developing Scripts That Work
~ It’s important to have a script that uses the language we have already developed in other key areas. This is where some businesses just answer questions using their own words and never relate to the client. We work together to test the perfect wording for your most frequently asked questions, your one-on-one presentations, and even your “closing the sale” pitch and follow-up. This step is key in closing more sales and drawing interest in what it is that you do. With the right systems in place, you will have the right scripts for doing business the way you want to do business. Plus we develop ways to reconnect with those that haven’t bought and get them “off the fence” in order to purchase from you.

STEP 10. Tying It All Together
~ Well, we finally made it to the part where all businesses want to be - on auto-pilot. This key area will keep you out of the “feast or famine” scenario that so many businesses tend to fall into because they aren’t consistent with their marketing. We will set up systems that track everything at a glance and you’ll be able to see your customized schedule quickly. Even while you're on vacation or spending some much needed down-time, everything will continue working at the level you need to keep your business running fluidly. Isn’t that grand?
